  • Founder & Principal Engineer

    With over 42 years of experience in electrical engineering, Vartan has led the design and implementation of complex electrical systems across a wide range of sectors—including medical, institutional, industrial, commercial, and LEED-certified energy-efficient buildings. His portfolio includes work on iconic projects such as Disneyland Paris, Epcot Center, and major facilities for UCLA and LA County.

    Vartan specializes in power distribution, lighting, data/voice systems, fire alarm design, and photovoltaic integration. His hands-on expertise spans everything from high-rise and multifamily residential developments to educational and municipal infrastructure. Known for his collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, Vartan combines design excellence with on-site supervision to deliver efficient, buildable solutions.

    He founded Ecco Engineering in 1991 and continues to lead the firm with a deep commitment to innovation and quality.

  • Electrical Engineer, P.E.

    Greg brings over five years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, working across a wide range of industries including power transmission, aerospace, automotive, and commercial construction. He has led high-voltage transmission line upgrade projects in California, overseeing design, equipment specification, and construction planning. His background also includes circuit simulation and test system development in the aerospace sector, as well as electrical design and documentation work for Toyota Racing Development.

    Greg’s expertise covers large-scale power systems, electrical service upgrades, circuit analysis, and control automation integration. He holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Engineering Management from Cal Poly Pomona, and became a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in California in 2023.
